**Santa Rita Landscaping, is an AWARD-WINNING industry leader in landscape maintenance arena for the past 39 years. **Santa Rita Landscaping provides services ranging from landscape maintenance and enhancements to tree care and landscape development for hundreds of properties, including corporate and commercial properties, HOAs, public parks, hotels and resorts, hospitals educational institutions, retail, among others. We are looking for a driven and creative Business Developer to join our growing team.

**In short, the main focus of this potions is**:
- Develop new business through your energy in the marketplace
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being engaged with our customers outside of bidding opportunities
- Lead mining for new opportunities in markets we don’t work in
- Create proposals and close deals to meet and beat your sales goal
**Qualifications**:
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- Passion for SELLING & Driving the Business Forward by representing our brand
- Experience in landscaping and service industry is a plus
- Sense of Urgency in follow up with customers
**Experience**:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years sales experience
- Excellent communication and supervision skills
- Computer literate, efficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A valid driver's license
- Landscape knowledge preferable
