**Role Overview**:
The Solar Manager is a key figure within our dynamic sales team, tasked with leading and shaping our solar sales force. This position offers a unique entrepreneurial opportunity, allowing you to build your own business-like operation under the umbrella of our company, leveraging our resources and capital to expand your empire of sales representatives. Your primary responsibilities include mentoring and guiding your team across various sales activities, whether they are conducting door-to-door outreach, in-home consultations, or virtual sales, all within the solar industry. You will inspire and propel the team towards achieving high sales targets and ensure seamless progression of solar projects from sale to installation. This leadership role involves managing key performance indicators (KPIs), handling recruitment processes, and developing innovative training programs to maintain a competitive edge. You will also oversee payroll, commission tracking, and organize strategic sales initiatives like sales blitzes. Your efforts are crucial in promoting a professional, yet vibrant and engaging culture that not only drives our growth in the solar market but also cultivates future leaders within the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Training**: Cultivate a team of sales representatives by instilling high standards and fostering a culture of excellence. Create and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the solar industry. Your team your culture
- **Sales Oversight**: Manage the sales process from initial contact through successful solar installation, ensuring smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Management**: Monitor and manage KPIs to assess team performance effectively. Implement strategies to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.
- **Recruitment and Development**: Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from scouting talent within the solar industry to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process. Also utilize our resources with Ads and job postings to aid in building your team.
- **Financial Management**: Manage payroll and commission structures, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- **Strategic Planning**: Conduct ongoing market research specific to the solar industry to stay ahead of trends and competitive shifts. Plan and organize sales blitzes to boost market penetration and revenue.
- **Customer and Client Interaction**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business, and handle escalated issues as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Professional Experience**: Must have at least 2 years of experience in the solar industry.
- **Leadership Experience**: Demonstrable experience in managing, training, and leading sales teams is required, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role within the solar industry.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, driving them to exceed sales targets.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and facilitate team cohesion.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $9,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
