JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.

**JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES**

Executes, measures, and recommends improvements for Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Performance Measurement processes.
- Assists in the development and release of processes and product documentation.
- Assesses improvements for business and technical processes.
- Assists others in analyzing corrective and preventive actions.
- Assists in planning and execution of work location audit/assessment programs.

**RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION**

**DESIRED QUALIFICATION**

Preferred certification by the American Society for Quality in at least one of the following: Certified Quality Improvement Associate, Certified Calibration Technician, Certified Mechanical Inspector, Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Technician.

**REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE**

**SALARY**

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to 85,000 annually.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Usually in a typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting (up to 30 pounds), constant sitting, significant use of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning and organizing skills, and be able to work under deadlines. Requires work performance in a field environment involving remote locations, warehouse environments, flight line environments, machining and manufacturing environments, and outdoor assignments. Ability to travel using various means of government or contractor transportation.

If working in a training capacity, employees must be supervised at all times by a competent trained or certified company employee. Under no circumstances should employees use another employee's equipment without permission from their immediate supervisor or manager. Conversely, employees should not allow other JT4 employees or employees of another employer to use JT4 owned or assigned equipment without proof of training and approval of the shop manager.
