- Serve as a liaison between the technical team and the financial group.
- Track financial metrics, such as obligations.
- Review cost estimates.
- Review NEPS TIPS data submission, ERP planning data, and generate consolidated spending plan.

**Skills Required**:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent quantitative and analytical skills with considerable growth potential.
- Have strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation of the program office.
- Have a current or active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Have a Bachelors
- Have 3 - 7 years of experience with Navy acquisition and submarine programs, or related fields.
- Have experience with risk assessment applied to program management.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to multitask effectively.
- Have the ability to pay attention to details and to work based on available data and not guesswork.
- Have the ability to use the entire Microsoft Office Suite effectively, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Have the ability to solve problems.
- Have experience as a project manager.
- Have the ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Pay: $38.66 - $46.56 per hour

**Experience**:

- Navy acquisition and submarine programs: 5 years (preferred)
- ERP systems: 5 years (preferred)

Security clearance:

- Secret (required)

Work Location: In person
