**Duties of a Pest Control Technician**:

- Our Pest Control Technicians are highly trained, licensed, and skilled individuals who are compelled to solve pest problems from simple to complex scenarios.
- Pest Control Technicians may work in one of our two main divisions, Residential and Commercial, or may be trained as a Hybrid and work in both divisions.
- The primary duties of JP Pest Control Technicians include property inspection, pest identification, selection of pest control methods/products required, exclusion practices to keep pests out of structures, documentation and recommendation of action taken and required.
- After an extensive paid training period, our Pest Control Technicians work independently, and expert help from managers is only a phone call away.
- Ability and desire to work independently with periodic manager check-in days
