**Dalio Family Office Overview**:
The Dalio Family Office (DFO) supports Barbara and Ray Dalio and their family in their ventures, investments, and philanthropic efforts under Dalio Philanthropies, which includes OceanX, Dalio Education, Endless Network, and the Beijing Dalio Foundation. The core of the DFO's culture is built around meaningful work and meaningful relationships and the family's commitment to giving back. The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with satellite offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.
**Office of the COO**
The Office of the COO (oCOO) is responsible for building and running a comprehensive operational platform. The oCOO plays a key role in ensuring systematic operations (e.g. efficient and effective processes) for core business functions of the Dalio Family Office (i.e. HR, Finance, IT, Project Management, Real Estate and Transportation, etc.) to help the Office effectively meet its business goals.
**Position Summary**:
Sitting within the Office of the COO, the Associate, Strategic Initiatives will leverage the Director of Strategic Initiatives in managing key strategic projects, as well as managing and executing ongoing high-visibility processes. The position will heavily interface across a variety of functions within the office and will regularly interact with senior level leaders within the organization including the CEO, COO, Deputy COO and CEOs, as well as pillar heads.
**Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following**:
- Manage and execute key strategic priorities and initiatives across the DFO, its satellites, organizations, initiatives, and entities, including the creation and execution of project plans and related reporting.
- Provide world class project management across a number of concurrent, high visibility and complex projects, managing to the triple constraint and proactively escalating issues to the Director of Strategic initiatives and other senior stakeholders, including to the COO and CEO.
- Design, run and operate processes and procedures to ensure that all business functions operate in a systematic and excellent way across the DFO and its associated entities.
- Leverage the oCOO team to facilitate key organizational wide priorities such as the annual planning process for the business by identifying priorities, key performance indicators, budgets, and resources required to complete the strategic initiatives
- Goal orientation with the ability to navigate the levels of thinking, and practically distill a broad scope of information to visualize and design actionable plans.
- Adept at juggling competing and time sensitive priorities in a way that doesn't sacrifice results.
- Proactive and able to self-direct in owning responsibilities and driving those to completion and communicating expectations effectively.
- Comfortable routinely interfacing with senior management and delivering a concise synthesis in order to facilitate business decisions.
- Comfortable operating in space with higher degrees of ambiguity and/or complexity with the agility to adjust and adapt to the circumstances at hand.
- Logical; able to identify and productively surface problems and paths to resolution.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited institution required
- 6+ years of dedicated project management experience, or operational process management experience in team lead type capacity or similar
- Experience should include successful completion of multiple large projects/initiatives and/or successful completion of multiple medium/large projects concurrently
- Medium scale business process design or optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize, and deliver high‐quality work in a fast-paced environment where excellence is expected.
- Possess strong integrity, transparency and honesty.
- Ability to handle confidential matters in a discrete way.
- Demonstrated track record of clear, proactive stakeholder and expectation management.
- High ownership and drive to achieve excellence.

**Compensation**:
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $100,000 -$135,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus,
