**Position Overview**:
Additionally, you will support various HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

**About this opportunity**:

- **Location: DLP Capital St Augustine Headquarters**:405 Golfway W Drive, Suite 300, St Augustine, FL 32095
- **Compensation**: $55,000 - $60,000+ Depending on experience
- **Position type**: Full Time, Exempt
- This job requires 30% Travel to sites

**What you have already achieved: (Requirements)**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent in experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting
- Experience in multifamily property management preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

**What you are great at: (Responsibilities)**
- Draft and executed employment agreements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding process for new hires
- Provide HR support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
