_**Econoco Corporation**_, a reputable and well-established family-owned business that has specialized in the creative design, import and distribution of displays and mannequins for the retail industry for over 98 years is seeking an on-site **IT Support Specialist **to join our growing IT team in Hicksville, NY. This individual must be willing to travel to our Distribution Warehouse in Hazelton, PA when needed, plus occasional off-hours as issues arise.

- **A typical day in the IT Department may look like**:_
- Collaborate, learn and back-up the IT team members in NY & PA to ensure efficient operation of the organization's warehouse and office environments
- Maintain, upgrade, support the end-user and promptly troubleshoot the following:(Hardware, Software and peripherals)
- PC Workstation
- ERP (Response Pro)
- EDI (Amazon/SPS commerce)
- SalesForce
- Website back-end management (Adobe/Magento)
- VMS (Deposco)
- Freight Rate Shopper (custom) program management
- Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Phone System
- Servers (om-premises)
- Data Back-ups
- Report generating via MS Access Query writing
- Cyber Security - protecting IT infrastructure, networks and data. Firewall management, VPN set up and management
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for PC and printer hardware repairs, installation of cabling and network equipment, and other IT related service calls
- Training staff on optimal workstation functionality
- Reviewing and renegotiating IT-related contracts
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment, hardware and software
- Occasional travel to distribution facility in PA for maintenance, upgrades and/or IT coverage
- **We are looking for someone with the following skills and capabilities**:_
- BA/BS degree in IT related field with a minimum of 3+ years relevant IT work experience.
- Proven knowledge of Windows Server 2016-2021 management, active directory, DNS, DHCP management. As well as, MS SQL Server management, MS SQL language script writing, MS access querying, and MS.Net scripting
- Basic knowledge of distribution logistics & warehouse technology
- Strong understanding of cyber security and Anti-virus/Malware solutions
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
- Effective inter-personal skills, including oral and written communication
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Capable of lifting PC(s) and peripheral equipment if necessary

Pay: $25.67 - $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
