**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure staff has the necessary skills and tools to meet the individual’s needs.
- Random visits to the homes to ensure staff is doing their job duties and are in proper uniform.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, positive environment for the individuals we support.
- Ensure staff is recording data for each individual we support.
- Plan appropriate meals and ensure grocery shopping is completed.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings.
- Orientation of new staff to site specific training.
- Keep the Director and Intake Coordinator informed
- Perform all duties of the Caregiver Trainer while working with individuals we support.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a reliable source of transportation, valid driver’s license for 2 years, automobile insurance if driving while on the job or seeing multiple clients per day. We do have clients that require no transportation.
- Must be able to pass criminal and driving background, and drug screen.
- Must be available to work some weekends/holidays.
- Highschool Diploma or GED
