Are you a skilled technician with a knack for roofing and home repairs? We're seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team and assist with a variety of tasks including roofing repairs, shingle replacements, pipe collar installations, sheetrock repairs, and general handyman services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a company vehicle during working hours to travel to various job sites. (This vehicle will be returned to the company at the end of each work day so you must also possess personal, reliable transportation daily)
- Perform basic home and roof repairs including shingle repairs, pipe collar repairs, sheetrock repairs, and general handyman services.
- Must have extensive experience in roofing, including shingles, flashing, and pipe collar installations.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction with each repair completed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding job status and any additional requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in roofing and home repairs is **essential**.
- Demonstrated ability to perform various roofing tasks including shingle replacements, flashing installations, and pipe collar repairs.
- Must have completed a significant number of roofing and sheetrock repair projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
