We are in search of a skilled Roofing Project Manager to oversee our diverse range of roofing projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of roofing projects from initiation to completion.

  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in roofing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both commercial and residential roofing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional skills in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring all project aspects meet high-quality standards.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD.
  • Certifications in project management or related fields are advantageous.
