**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paving Crew member. As a member of the Paving Crew, your day-to-day tasks will include operating paving equipment, preparing surfaces for paving, laying asphalt, and performing regular maintenance on equipment. You will work closely with the crew leader and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Qualifications**
- Experience operating paving equipment and laying asphalt
- Knowledge of paving techniques and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
