In The Image is committed to passionately supporting our members and is excited to announce a new role within our Operations Team, our Member Services Coordinator.

Our Member Services Coordinator (MSC) will primarily focus on our mission of empowering those in our diverse community toward self-sufficiency. Through interactions with those we serve, we understand that many individuals need additional resources. At In the Image, we aim to support personal growth and stability by creating opportunities that restore dignity, instill hope, and cultivate respect. The MSC will walk alongside individuals by providing tools and expert guidance to foster personal growth and independence.

The MSC is an essential member of the team. The primary responsibilities include growing and maintaining a network of community supports for referrals, offering case management, member coaching, and training staff and volunteers to offer resource navigation.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Empowering Futures Program
- The MSC will provide strengths-based case management to our members.
- Serve as a point of contact for referrals from other local organizations.
- Develop partnerships with other social service-based organizations for referrals.
- Train staff and volunteers to act as Resource Navigators.
- Analyze the program and make necessary improvements.
- Become an expert user of our case management software, CharityTracker.
- Evaluate the needs of members and the larger community to make suggestions for future program direction to the Operations Manager/Leadership Team.
- Develop an ongoing Resource Fair.

Member Services Support
- Develop strong relationships with members to identify areas of unmet need and offer recommendations for change in collaboration with members.
- Create and facilitate opportunities to better understand the needs and wants of In The Image’s members on a larger scale.
- Support the Operations Team with member check-in, service provision, and membership files, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pop-up Shops:

- Work with strategic community partners to host Pop-up Shops in our community.
- Manage the Pop-up calendar and internal/external communication.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to execute Pop-up Shops from start to finish, including following up with host sites/organizations for feedback and future collaborations.

(35-40 hours/week) some nights and weekends as needed; benefits including healthcare, PTO, 401k, life insurance, generous paid holiday schedule.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (social work preferred)

Pay: $32,760-$40,760, hourly position

Experience: 1-3 years minimum case management experience preferred

Software: Microsoft 365 Applications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Driver’s License required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

Work Environment: Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are 50 pounds or heavier. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $33,760.00 - $40,760.00 per year
