We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, responsible and determined individual to join our dental office. You are the first person they meet and their first impression BEGINS with you. Our dental office is committed to providing optimal dental care, so if you think you have what it takes to help us accomplish this task, we would love to hear from you. Compensation will be based on experience.
Immediate Opening Minimum 1-3 year Experience Required
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and communicating patients’ arrival promptly
- Answering phones and scheduling office appointments
- Other duties include but are not limited to: making financial arrangements with patients’ before treatment, collecting payments, checking insurance eligibility and making sure all schedules are full for the next day, pull and file charts, patient communication, Call in medicines at pharmacy etc.
**Requirements**:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, positive demeanor with patients’ and staff
- Great administrative organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Eaglesoft.
- Moderate or fluent in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Bilingual is an advantage
- Professional appearance, courtesy, grammar, technology and typing skills necessary. Positive attitude is more important than dental experience.

Job Hours: Monday-Fridays 8:00AM - 5:00PM
