**Shift 8:00 am-5:00pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of a small to medium site.
- Manage contracted services: copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.
- Assess talent, staff career development, and conduct performance management and employee counseling.
- Prioritize multiple competing priorities, communicate team vision, and foster a positive work culture.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Ricoh products and services.
- Improve quality of operations using Ricoh Service Excellence tools.
- Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements and work with the customer to improve business processes.
- Create and maintain a customer-focused environment with regular feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure quality of operations and achievement of goals in audit and compliance.
- Properly staff location by matching employee skills with production demands.
- Motivate employees and recognize their accomplishments timely.
- Communicate job expectations, train, cross-train, coach, counsel, and evaluate work of subordinates.
- Identify training and performance planning targets through Individual Development Plan Management.
- Evaluate team member performance and provide career development and training opportunities.
- Maintain daily formal contact with the customer.
- Understand client requirements and adjust process documentation accordingly.
- Facilitate resolution of issues with pricing, orders-in, and invoicing.
- Create/support required site reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Previous management experience in hospitality, mail, and copy services.
- Legal experience is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team of 4 providing hospitality & catering, mail, copy, and scan services.
- Customer-facing role dealing with attorneys and legal secretaries.
- Extensive standing, lifting, and walking involved (help available for lifting above 50lbs).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
