**Key Requirements**:

- Valid Guard Card is required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.

- Prior HOA experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working with technology; experience with "Gate Key" or "Gate Sentry" visitor software system is bonus.
- Bilingual speaking is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and patrol the HOA property to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Check in residents, vendors, and guests using the "Gate Key" system, as well as "Gate Sentry"
- Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents.
- Respond to and report any suspicious activities or security issues.
- Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional manner.
