**Job Title: Social Media Manager/Content Creator (Part Time to start) **This position can begin with a hybrid position of some Front Desk Work in-house, to help gain knowledge of the business and create more hours during the work week until we get into a groove.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Produce engaging videos, photos, graphics, and written content that showcase the unique offerings and personality of our dog daycare business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, video editing software, and graphic design software.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various audiences.
- Passion for dogs and a deep understanding of pet-related trends, interests, and behaviors.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
