**Overview**: National Flooring Measure Service is actively seeking responsible, reliable, and motivated Measure Technicians to utilize cutting-edge technology for documenting and measuring homes in preparation for floor covering replacement. As a Measure Technician, you’ll enjoy the freedom of working in the field, away from a traditional office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently perform accurate site measurements and record existing flooring conditions in customer residences.
- Utilize tablet computers and specialized software to enter and transmit collected data.
- Interact with customers daily to schedule site visits.
- Work remotely from the office in a traveling field role to support the company’s national sales center.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of remodeling or construction experience (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a background check.

**Additional Details**:

- All necessary equipment (phone, tablet, laser, meters, etc.) will be provided by the Company.
- Paid training during the first 90 days.
- Auto allowance.

- Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive an average of 80-150 miles per day.

**Compensation**:

- Annual salary range: $40,000 - $50,000+.

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shifts.
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Overtime as needed.
- Weekends as required.
