Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Operation of Coating Machines:
    Requires a foundational understanding of coating technology, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting capabilities, and adherence to precise instructions.
  • Ability to remain on feet for approximately 80% of the work shift.
  • Flexibility to transition between tasks and platforms efficiently.
  • Processing and inspecting parts, including cleaning and loading components into the coating chamber.

  • Maintenance of Coating Machines:
    Involves assembling and disassembling equipment, bead blasting, and executing target changes requiring physical agility.
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills are advantageous and may lead to additional responsibilities in troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time, 4/10 work schedule with shifts including:
  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
  • Mid Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
