Marketing Coordinator

Description
**Responsibilities**:
Supports Marketing Manager in day-to-day management of increased number of stores
Partners with Marketing Manager on store open execution and tactics including asset delivery and deadlines, vendor bookings and negotiations, and training guide for new stores
Helps organize and plan team meetings, store tasks and maintains project lists
Research and execute local marketing opportunities as needed
Liaison between outside vendors and marketing in sourcing product for events
Manage print orders for monthly marketing collateral as well as vendor relationship, tracking expenses, and meeting deadlines
Support Marketing team in execution and tactics of new store formats including pop-ups and brand activations
Works closely with cross-functional partners to execute on retail marketing initiatives
Partner with the creative team to ensure the content and creative treatment of all marketing initiatives reflect the strategic direction and priority of messaging in an engaging and compelling manner
Work closely on a store by store basis to address specific marketing/promotional needs
Writes memos to communicate marketing direction to stores
Support analytics and reporting for the Marketing department
Perform other job duties and support of the Marketing department as needed
Travel up to 75%
**Required Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent preferred
1-2 years experience in Retail Marketing
Visual Merchandising experience is a plus
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficient in using Google Suite
Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
Ability to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Awareness of current Social Media trends and how to use is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and results oriented
Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
