**Key Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts one month in advance.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, questions, and reviews within 24 hours to foster community engagement.
- Manage and grow Leftbank Art’s social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with the creative team on video production and photography to ensure consistent brand representation and alignment with our marketing objectives.
- Assist with writing projects as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform and adjust strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Support, Sales, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Attend tradeshows to capture real-time content for social media and provide event coverage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing and social media tools (e.g., HubSpot, Metricool).
- Experience with content creation.
- Familiarity with video production and photography for digital platforms, is preferred.
- Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional partners.
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Agency experience is preferred but not required.
