**Who We Need**

**Responsibilities**
- Onboard new employees, conduct preliminary orientation, background checks, ensure compliance and that all required documentation is provided.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system i.e., certification status for both NY and CT locations.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, for example employee file audits.
- Ensure the network’s HR practices and actions are consistent with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Prepare customized reports.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and requests from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in HR Management other relevant fields preferred
- At least two (2) years of professional experience required.
- Experience supporting human resources, superb attention to detail, time management,
- and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.

**Benefits**:

- Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range ($50,000-$55,000)

- Performance-based compensation for staff.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
