**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality, engaging long-form and short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Produce stunning photography that captures the essence of our brands and resonates with our audiences.
- Work with the Brand Manager and editors to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content that resonates with our audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and social media best practices.
- Analyze content performance and use insights to optimize future content.
- Engage with our community, responding to comments and messages to foster a sense of connection and belonging.
- Work closely with fitness experts, influencers, and collaborators to produce compelling content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content creator or similar role in the fitness industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and photography skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and solutions.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Living in the Costa Mesa / Newport Beach area is a plus. This job is primarily remote but will required attendance at various times for content creation, assistance and events.
