Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a **Principal Reg Compliance Analyst** to join their team in Linthicum, Md or one of our locations in California (San Diego, Woodland Hills, or Sunnyvale). This is open to a hybrid schedule (we are not open to considering a full time remote employee).

**What You’ll Get to Do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain procedures and recommend best practices, tools, and other resources to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements impacting our Estimating System.
- Develop and implement impactful program initiatives, communications, and training designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies and pricing best practices.
- Investigates and resolves compliance questions received from the Pricing & Estimating organization, other functions, and government regulatory agencies.

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years related work experience or 4 years with a Masters.
- Strong proficiency in contracting, to include solid knowledge in FAR/DFARs.
- Exceptional analytical skills, detail-oriented, effective and collaborative communicator, strategic thinker, and ability to manage multiple complex matters.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required.
- This position requires working with online due diligence tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong working experience with Northrop Grumman Policies and Procedures.

**Salary Range**:$84,600 - $133,100

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
