**Broad Street Home Care**
is seeking a caregiver to provide In-Home Care to a client located near Winnetkaon Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
**Purpose of Position**
This position will require the caregiver to have the knowledge and ideally experience working with patients with Frontotemporal Dementia. Duties may include assistance with personal care needs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and ensuring client safety.
This position works closely with the Nurse Care Manager to ensure the client receives the proper care and support needed to maintain independence and remain safely in their home.
Position Requirements
- Ability to pass the Illinois Department of Healthcare Registry Background check
- Ability to work and relate with the ill, elderly, and disabled population
- Demonstrate the ability to be a strong team player
- Ability to work independently and when circumstances warrant the ability to make decisions
