A well-established healthcare organization in the Midwest is seeking Spanish-speaking Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians to join their team.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physicians are required.
- Full-time, 40 hours a week (34 clinical hours over 4 days with 6 administrative hours, usually worked from home). Rotated Saturday shifts are expected, with no more than one per month.
- Weekend phone call responsibilities are minimal, with no more than one call per month.
- Candidates who can speak Spanish with proficiency (at least 7/10) and see patients without translation support are preferred.
- A patient load of 2.7 patients per clinical hour is expected.
- The organization is well-respected in the community.
- A passion for serving underserved populations is essential.
