Family Insight, P.C. is a well-established community-based organization, with offices throughout Virginia. Our organization consists of a committed group of professionals who are dedicated to promoting the behavioral, mental, emotional, and social well-being of those in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We currently have full-time positions available for **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)** positions available in our **Newport News **clinic**. **The positions can be filled by on-site supervisors only.
**Manageable Case Loads**:
- Approximately 100 client hours
- Ability to supervise 20%
**Responsibilities**:
- Assessing clients with various developmental disabilities and needs
- Developing treatment plans
- Providing and/or supervising the implementation of ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the home and community settings
- Maintaining data and making treatment decisions based on progress
- Providing training to staff and families
- Coordinating and/or attending pertinent meetings with community providers
- Maintaining client records and documentation from intake to discharge
**Requirements**:
- Active **BCBA/BCaBA** Certification by the BACB
- Active **LBA/LABA** through the VA Board of Medicine
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Supervisory experience preferred
