Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals who provide ABA therapy services to children with autism. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans and provide support to children and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each child
  • Collect data and conduct assessments as needed
  • Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and in group sessions
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
