Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals who provide ABA therapy services to children with autism. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans and provide support to children and their families.
Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each child
- Collect data and conduct assessments as needed
- Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and in group sessions
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure high-quality care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $20.00/hour
- Full-time and part-time options available
