Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Behavior Analyst in completing assessments and developing ABA therapy plans.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2 years old to young adults.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and make interventions as needed.
  • Administer ABA assessments and monitor patient progress.
  • Complete reports detailing the progress of ABA programs.
  • Monitor the need for patient reassessment or referral.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, Behavior Analysts, therapists, clients, and families.
  • Assist in creating instructional materials, running programs, taking data, and assessing clients to develop new programs.
  • Observe, record, and report client behavior, including maintaining daily records.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision.
  • Implement behavior plans to reduce socially inappropriate behavior and promote appropriate social behaviors.
  • Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Complete a Bachelor's Degree and approved coursework in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Be a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with state-specific LBA License, if required by state.
  • Have advanced knowledge and understanding of principles and techniques in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Have reliable transportation to travel to patient homes or clinic locations.
