Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an **Experienced Field Service Representatives** to support the KC-46 Tanker Aircraft at **Travis Air Force Base (AFB)**, California**.

This is a customer facing position that will be based in Fairfield California and will have responsibilities at **Travis Air Force Base (TAFB), Fairfield, California**.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provides technical field support of company products.
- Assists with troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems coverage.
- Resolves maintenance and operational issues.
- Interprets technical documents and monitors product performance.
- Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
- Develops and conducts ad hoc training.

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. **An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Minimum 6 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Must be willing to travel domestically or internationally on short notice as needed to meet customer requirements.
- Ability to support on-call work during all shifts as required.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a passport for international travel.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License desired.
- Previous experience working with KC-46, KC-135, KC-10 or 767 products is desirable.
- Previous experience working with C-17 is desirable.

**Typical Education/ Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years of related work experience, 10 years of related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $86,700 - $117,300.
