**About the Position**

We are looking for a charismatic, outgoing, and energized person to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist This position is responsible for ensuring the daily recruitment processes are done as well as partnering with hiring managers to enhance the process. This is a hands-on position and requires someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work with the management team to ensure execution of the overall full life-cycle recruitment process.

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning.
- Effectively strategize and partner with hiring managers on enhancing the talent pool.
- Coordinate all onboarding, working with numerous team members.
- Create, design, and enhance job descriptions & job postings using various sourcing methodologies and job boards.
- Facilitate interviews and build relationships with third-party agencies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Participate and initiate in continuous improvement enhancement strategies.
- Build and maintain compensation analyses for all positions to ensure all salaries meet surrounding area competition and markets.

**Qualifications**
- Education_: B.A. in Human Resources or business-related experience preferred;
- Experience_: 4-7 years of progressive experience in professional level recruitment; experience in electrical construction industry preferred.
