**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in leading the implementation of the school in collaboration with the Founder and the school community to create a child-centered, powerful educational experience
- Oversee planning, preparation, teaching, and learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum coherency and professional ethos of the school
- Take ownership of logístical and operational matters and problem-solving with colleagues
- Conduct ongoing assessment, documentation, and reporting of all students
- Manage cycles of lessons, projects, observations, and robust outdoor education
- Ensure the safety of children through constant supervision and regular practice of fire drills and other emergency procedures
- Operate the classroom in compliance with all childcare licensing standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Native language speaker in the language being taught, fluent proficiency in the language of instruction (English and Mandarin)
- Passionate about innovative global education
- Enjoy collaborating with fellow teachers to co-create lessons
- Excited to learn and grow as a teacher and seek to implement outstanding teaching practices and student engagement skills
