**Essential Duties**:

- Strategic focus on maximizing existing customers and increasing account potential
- Builds relationships with executive decision makers and influencers within the client’s organization including (Sr Management, Asset Managers, Tech. Advisors, Contracts Management, Supply Chain, Operations Leadership, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and track account/sales plans, developing initiatives that enable growth of sales, margins, and volume
- Responsible for development of sales forecasting
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations explaining products and services
- Support clients to resolve technical challenges, with support from engineering and operations
- Assist in collections and DSO management for assigned accounts
- Coordinate and support RFP/tender process and assist in contract negotiations for assigned accounts
- In conjunction with the Marketing team, represent company at Industry conferences, functions, associations, and trade shows as needed
- Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats within strategic accounts
- Acquire and communicate strategic / critical information

**Requirements**:

- **EDUCATION**: Bachelor’s Degree
- **EXPERIENCE**: 5+ years’ experience in sales in the oil and gas industry
- **TRAVEL**: 80%

- Proven track record of closing sales at all levels, field, city, and executive
- Thorough understanding of US oil and gas industry, including customers, competitors, and products
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - ability to create accountability and commitment towards achieving positive results
- Action oriented - strong entrepreneurial drive and attention to detail
- A solid reputation for integrity and delivering on commitments
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Strong computer skills - experience with enterprise-wide systems is an asset
- Superior written and oral communication skills with an eye for detail
- Experience with technical / engineered products including water transfer and recycling, completion fluids, and production testing is preferred
