- Delivering digital literacy training services to participants at the 1099 Sunnydale Computer Lab and the SF Connected Technology Labs.
- Assist with scheduling training sessions, managing participant enrollment, and providing support to participants in accessing relevant information and resources online.
- Assist and support in identifying low-cost internet service options for participants and refer them to additional support services as needed.

- Experience in delivering digital literacy training, preferably with older adults or adults with disabilities.
- Possess knowledge of accessibility considerations for individuals with disabilities, adapting training content to meet their specific needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience for working with learners of varying skill levels.
- Technically skilled in navigating and problem-solving internet-enabled devices, including smartphones, tablets (Android and iOS) and laptops.
