Purchasing Agent

**Description**:

- Compile requests for materials
- Prepare purchase orders
- Keep track of purchases and supplies
- Handle order inquiries
- Makes sure that purchases arrive on schedule and meet the specifications identified by the purchaser.
- Prepare and submit reimbursement reports in CONCUR.
- Will be managing shopping carts in SAP.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience with higher education a plus

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $24.00 - $26.28 per hour
