- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Two (2) years of post-secondary education and three (3) years secretarial experience, preferably in a public-school setting, or five (5) years of experience in a position of comparable responsibility.
- Experience with PIMS, PowerSchool, and Schoology, and Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate effectively with students, parents and the community in general.
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
- Excellent organizational skills - necessary for multi-tasking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
