**Summary Statement**:
The SE Lead Analyst EDL installs, configures, secures, and upgrades non-core software products. This role ensures the integrity of the end-user environment, proactively address service issues, and implements automation routines. The SE Lead Analyst EDL serves as the third level of support for incidents, provides training and mentoring to less experienced team members as needed. The SE Lead Analyst EDL designs and implements projects and processes for agency partners and handles incidents that impact multiple agency partners. This role executes large projects that impact multiple agency partners.

**Core Technologies** for this position include:

- **End-User Support and Management**:Active Directory, Desktop Authority and Group Policy Management
- **Endpoint Support - Management and Security Solutions**: KACE - Systems Management Appliance, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), BigFix, Mobile Deployment Toolkit (MDT), CrowdStrike, MS Bitlocker and McAfee EPO
- **File, Print and Terminal Service Management of Windows Servers**:

- **Subnet Management Solutions**: Infoblox, MS DHCP Server
- **Virtual Desktop and Application Infrastructure (VDI) Support**:VMWare, vSphere, Citrix, Azure and Azure Virtual Machines
- **Administration Management Creating Automation Scripts in**: PowerShell, Ansible, Standard Query Language (SQL), Windows Batch Scripting and Bash Scripting
- **Network Support/Troubleshooting**

**Preferred Qualification**:
Applicants who do not possess the preferred qualifications will still be eligible to compete for this position if minimum job requirements are met.
- Possess an Associate degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, I/T discipline or a related field.

**Job Requirements**:
**JOB REQUIREMENTS for Systems Engineering Lead Analyst EDL**

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:

- Possess a minimum of one year of experience working in a Remote Desktop environment utilizing an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
- Possess a minimum of six years of experience in three or more of the Core Technologies
