Area of Accountability
Provides comprehensive technical support to customers and acts as a key liaison between customers and the company by providing practical solutions to their hole-making needs.
Major Responsibilities (may vary depending on project):
- Provide design/drafting support for product layouts, concept generation, prototype evaluation and production releases using Creo.
- Work in conjunction and communicate with other departments to develop and support various projects and initiatives.
- Offer technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on product usage.
- Recommend and customize products or services to meet unique customer requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working to find effective and timely solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams, product development, and other departments to enhance customer support.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, configurations, and technical support provided.
- Provide training to customers on product usage, ensuring effective and informed use.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Dover, OH 44622: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Requirements
Qualifications
- Enrolled student working towards a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology program.
- Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong PC Skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing) and proficiency in a CAD software are a must.
- Strong numeric and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with good project management, organization, and planning skills.
