**Listing Manager Needed**

**#1 Real Estate Team needs a talented and knowledgeable Listing Manager to support**

**our team.. Must have a "Clients First" attitude**

The work varies greatly day to day, but generally includes managing all the details of

listing and selling properties with heavy client interaction alongside monitoring and

leading our coordinator team. Updating databases, fielding questions from clients and

staff, running errands, managing mailings, managing open house details and working

on evenings and weekends. This is a heavy paperwork processing position that requires

an eye for detail and being OK with checking and double checking those details.

This is a base salary plus commission role. The right person will have a lot of fun

working with our team

Flexible - truly flexible, as in we ask you to do something critical and an hour later

something else pops up that is more critical. Able to switch gears and get it all done well.

This position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, one of those days being a

weekend day.

Customer/Client Focus - sometimes your customer is outside the organization,

sometimes your customer is inside the organization. Able to provide excellence to both

with professionalism, poise, generosity, efficiency and kindness.

Efficient - if there is a better way to do something you'll be able to find it, share it and

execute.

Productive - it's a REALLY fast pace and sometimes long hours are required, you have

to WANT to get the job done and get it done well.

Required skills and level: MRIS intermediate, Google Apps (Mail, Drive, Sites, Contacts,

Calendar) intermediate to advanced, MS Word intermediate, Excel intermediate, CRM

and Database management, experience with Residential Real Estate Contracts a plus,

but will train the right person.

Prefer college degree, but will consider experience in lieu of a degree.

Licensed in any or all - VA, DC, MD a plus (if not licensed, some activities will be

restricted until you are licensed)

**DUTIES**:

- Daily Management of the Coordinator Team (meetings, goal tracking, talent

management)

Listing Agreement and Contract Creation -- attention to detail, understanding contracts
- Attend Listing Appts as Admin Asst
- Follow up with Seller Post Listing Appt -- communication liaison between office

and client

Arrange, schedule and communicate details for listing:

- Schedule photos coordinate staging
- Schedule cleaners
- Coordinate contractor work
- Update internal listing hot sheet
- Arrange private showings
- Review feedback, prepare regular reports for sellers (open house and other

reports)
- Manage listing details on MRIS and CSS
- Manage and assign lockboxes
- Manage signage, placement, set up and take down
- Arrange showings with clients
- Send client active listing w/photos
- Edit and upload all pertinent documents in MRIS
- Maintain listing with OH info and any changes to price or listing info

**Administrative**
- Communicate with title company (scheduling closings), buyer's agents, lenders

and any other internal and external (contractors, termite inspectors, home

inspectors, appraisers, etc.) stakeholders throughout process
- Manage compliance of all paperwork including pay sheets -- internal and external

forms required act as POC for brokerage and team
- Provide administrative support to CEO -- performing random tasks and projects
- Manage direct mailings and ad hoc mailings (seller bombs, coloring contest, and

handwriting notes)
- Data entry for leads into Infusionsoft -- maintain tasks, follow up with potential

clients to book appointments
