Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday activities of the SafeMark training program including publications, customers, contacts, outside printers, order fulfillment, FMI staff supporting the program.
  • Manage and oversee SafeMark publication sales function by working with the Accounting Department. Manage inventory, customer relations, invoicing, payments, and all financial aspects of the program.
  • Work with the FMI Communications and Marketing departments to promote SafeMark training to FMI members and the retail industry.
  • Coordinate content update activities including master change list, reviewing content for marketing materials, website information, publications and various training guides developed to respond to state jurisdictional needs, etc.
  • Share information and work with SafeMark partners (National Registry for Food Safety Professionals and Conduent) to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all needs are addressed.
  • Monitor activities of state regulatory authorities on food safety training.
