Requerido: *Bilingüe español/inglés* *Experiência previa de liderazgo en un almacén* Horario del Segundo Turno: Lunes a jueves de 6 p.m. a 6 a.m. Deberes: - Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del almacén, incluida la recepción, almacenamiento y distribución de productos. - Garantizar una gestión de inventario eficiente y precisa. - Supervisar un equipo de empleados del almacén, brindando orientación y apoyo según sea necesario. - Implementar y hacer cumplir protocolos de seguridad para mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro. - Monitorear la productividad y desempeño del personal de almacén, identificando áreas de mejora. - Colaborar con otros departamentos para optimizar las operaciones de almacén y satisfacer las demandas de los clientes. - Utilizar el sistema de gestión de almacenes para realizar un seguimiento de los níveles de inventario, envíos y cumplimiento de pedidos. - Mantener la limpieza y organización del almacén. Experiência: - Mínimo 1 año de experiência en gestión de almacén o puesto de supervisión. - Fuerte conocimiento de las regulaciones y protocolos de seguridad de OSHA. - Competente en el uso de sistemas de gestión de almacenes y otro software relevante. - Capacidad demostrada para liderar y motivar un equipo. - Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de resolución de problemas. - Experiência en iniciativas de mejora de procesos para aumentar la eficiencia y la productividad. - Familiaridad con las operaciones de logística, comercio electrónico y centros de distribución. - La certificación de montacargas es una ventaja.
