**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this role, you will play a vital part in our day-to-day operations by assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth production processes. From assembly line work to warehouse organization, your contributions will be essential to our success.
- Shift: 2nd M-F 4PM-12:30AM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading, packing, sorting, or re-packing of tile and stone products.
- Inspecting product for quality control issues.
- Strapping/re-skidding tile and stone as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

Pay: $18.50 per hour
