**Administrative Bookkeeper**
Come join the CHS Landscaping, Inc. team in our newly remodeled office space. We have been in business for 30 years and are located in Frederick, MD. We are hiring an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper for a wide variety of duties. Applicant must have 3 years of experience, preferably in a construction trade, and be able to take initiative, troubleshoot and balance multiple priorities. Must be reliable and detail oriented.
Responsibilities include using Quickbooks Desktop to:
enter employee time from work tickets
balance checking and credit card accounts
enter A/P and A/R transactions
run reports
general office duties
Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is a MUST.
Must be willing to learn and expand on their skills in any way needed.

**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to their importance and when additional resources are available.
- Strong attention to detail is a must
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
