**Job Title: Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist**

**Location: 857 N Val Vista Dr, Suite 106 Gilbert, AZ 85234**

**Schedule: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday - 7:30AM-6:30PM**

**Pay: $17-$20 DOE**

The VetHaven Veterinary Services is searching for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist with a positive attitude and a passion for both pets and people. Our practice is nestled within a PetSmart store, and we're eager to add a new face to our front desk.

As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our pets and pet parents, working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be the voice and face of our practice, greeting clients, fielding phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting the staff as needed. Your attention to detail, high level of organization, and exceptional communication skills will be key to our daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and pets, and providing excellent customer service
- Fielding phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Assisting staff as necessary
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk

**What We're Looking For**:

- A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to perform various duties within the hospital
- The desire to constantly learn and improve
- The ability to multitask and assist the team as needed
- 1+ years of experience in customer service roles at a Veterinary Hospital/Clinic

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
