**Urgently seeking EXPERIENCED VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Assist with medical collection and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Utilize veterinary terminology accurately in client interactions
- Support veterinarians and technicians with various administrative tasks

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in veterinary terminology
- Communicaion skills
- Multitasking
- Computer skills: AVImark knowledge is a plus
- Experience with animal restraint and handling
- Understanding of pet care

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
