**About us**:

- 3 Doctor practice
- Small animal practice moving to a joint urgent care/general practice style clinic
- Open Monday - Friday, 8am to 6 pm, currently closed Saturdays/Sundays.
- Flexible scheduling, typically 4 days working, 3 days off each week

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and triage phone call from clients.
- Schedule appointments and procedures.
- Check-in/out clients; processing payments.
- Greeting patients promptly and cheerfully.
- Managing record requests from clients and other hospitals as well as client call-backs.
- Client communication: relay appropriate information to/from clients to doctors and/or management.
- Client education - Including but not limited to: vaccine protocol, prescription food, medication, lab work, preventatives, insurance, etc.
- Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states as well as work patiently with distressed, frustrated or disgruntled clients.
- Maintaining proper documentation in the medical record.
