- Must be in title or on the approved Keyboard Specialist Civil Service list- Full-time, 12-month position
- Acts as Secretary for the Transportation Department
- Applicant must be able to prepare purchase orders and compile time sheets for payroll and transportation contracts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls, walk-ins and manage employee inquiries
