This role is located in our Scotts Valley, CA offices
**Overview**:
The Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) role is responsible for administering our revenue technology stack across Salesforce, Pardot, and integrated systems Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, and others. This role is critical for ensuring our data and processes are high-performing, accurate, and positioned to drive maximum revenue and growth in key existing and new markets. The SOA will partner with our global sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns intended to drive revenue growth while building reporting for key performance metrics to evaluate efficacy of these programs. Additionally, the SOA may interface with internal departments, especially Finance, to ensure integration with our revenue recognition and accounting processes. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Commercial.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Salesforce and Pardot Administration_**
- Administer revenue tech stack through the day-to-day administration of Salesforce and Pardot platforms.
- Support integration of Sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as well as others as needed.
- Salesforce administration included but not limited to managing user access, profiles, permissions, and ensuring data integrity.
- Execute system configurations to align with evolving business needs.
- Stay informed about platform updates and implement best practices.
**_ Lead Generation and Pipeline Metrics_**
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design reports to align to key performance metrics.
- Track and report on lead generation and pipeline metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
**_ Support Ticket Management / Help Desk_**
- Handle, troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve support tickets related to revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator); provide timely and effective solutions.
- Escalate and collaborate with technical support team and vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Document and communicate solutions to end users.
**_ Integration and Data Hygiene_**
- Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and Pardot, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Implement and enforce data hygiene practices to maintain accurate and reliable information.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
**_ Process Efficiencies_**
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes within Salesforce and Pardot.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Regularly evaluate and update documentation for standard operating procedures.
**_ Sales Operations Special Projects_**
- Undertake special projects related to revenue operations, collaborating with teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Proactively contribute ideas for system enhancements and process optimization.
**Position Requirements**:
- 3-5 years work experience as analyst with Salesforce; Salesforce certification preferred.
- Experience working with marketing technology such as Pardot (experience required, certification preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience of professional work including in-depth understanding and experience with revenue tech stack space and best practices.
- Experience implementing system changes in Pardot and Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Excel to import/export data.
- Excellent English communication skills: speak, read, write and understand.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in clearly conveying and translating technical information to diverse audiences.
- Meticulous with a commitment to data integrity.
- Drives focus on simplifying complex solutions and processes.
**Preferred Skills/Background**:
- Experience within life sciences organization or start up environment preferred
