**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and approving all electrical quotes
- Negotiating rates/prices with vendors and suppliers
- Educating and training the sales and service team
- Supporting the customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations
- Assisting the team with any technical questions that may arise
- Assisting the strategic sourcing department with recruiting partners

**Job Qualifications**:

- Applicable in field related experience of commercial electric
- Project management and estimating expertise to manage client request
- Design build knowledge including managing electrical engineers for drawing inception and electrical permitting process
- Knowledge of all electrical components including but not limited to main building distribution, transformers, panel sizing, amperage drops, load testing, and material specifications
- Associate’s degree preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Demonstrate customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active, organized & detail oriented
