**Job Summary**:

- Pabst Labs is a leading manufacturer of Cannabis Infused Beverages and Smokables under brands like Pabst Blue Ribbon, Not Your Fathers and St. Ides in the rapidly expanding California recreational cannabis industry. This role is based in our brand-new Desert Hot Springs facility. Main responsibilities are operation of automated Blunt rolling equipment, hand rolling blunts, cleaning and basic lubrication of same equipment.
- experience in Blunt manufacturing required
- experience in cannabis manufacture a plus, but not required
- strong communication, troubleshooting and interpersonal relationship skills
- strong work ethics, a self-starter comfortable working in a new industry with rapidly changing landscape
- experience working in start-up environment, understanding need for flexibility in this phase of company development

**Job Responsibilities including but not limited to**
- Hand rolling Blunts of highest quality while meeting required quantities daily
- Operation of automated Blunt rolling equipment
- Confirm all product meets Quality Standards according to SOPs
- Maintain workstation and equipment housekeeping standards
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours depending on demand
- Other duties as assigned

**Physical Demands**
- Ability to climb and move around machinery
- Ability to kneel, stand or bend and be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work at heights

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
